Pese a las medidas de fuerza que <strong>AGMER<\/strong> sostuvo en rechazo a la propuesta oficial, el aumento del <strong>3%<\/strong> para los docentes provinciales qued\u00f3 oficializado mediante el decreto <strong>DTO-2026-1989<\/strong>, con vigencia retroactiva al <strong>1\u00b0 de julio de 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La norma lleva la firma del gobernador <strong>Rogelio Frigerio<\/strong> (PRO), el ministro de Econom\u00eda y Servicios P\u00fablicos, <strong>Fabi\u00e1n Boleas<\/strong>, y el ministro de Gobierno y Trabajo, <strong>Manuel Troncoso<\/strong>. Una decisi\u00f3n unilateral que cierra \u2014al menos por ahora\u2014 la discusi\u00f3n paritaria sin el aval del gremio docente m\u00e1s representativo de la provincia.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los valores concretos, el <strong>Punto \u00cdndice Docente para Jornada Simple<\/strong> qued\u00f3 fijado en <strong>281,4668<\/strong>, mientras que para <strong>Jornada Completa<\/strong> y Bonificaci\u00f3n por Prolongaci\u00f3n de Jornada trep\u00f3 a <strong>486,3593<\/strong>. Los adicionales remunerativos tambi\u00e9n se actualizaron: el <strong>C\u00f3digo 18<\/strong> pas\u00f3 a <strong>$65.273<\/strong>, el <strong>C\u00f3digo 117<\/strong> a <strong>$23.051<\/strong> y el <strong>C\u00f3digo 38<\/strong> a <strong>$109.894<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El decreto tambi\u00e9n toc\u00f3 el <strong>Fondo Provincial de Incentivo Docente (FOPID)<\/strong>: <strong>$87.070<\/strong> para Jornada Simple y <strong>$138.139<\/strong> para Jornada Completa. El <strong>Complemento Provincial de Conectividad<\/strong> qued\u00f3 en <strong>$62.148<\/strong> y <strong>$100.297<\/strong> respectivamente seg\u00fan la modalidad de jornada.<\/p>\n<p>En materia de pisos salariales, la norma estableci\u00f3 haberes m\u00ednimos de bolsillo \u2014netos de asignaciones familiares y descuentos de ley\u2014. Un cargo de <strong>Jornada Simple con 20 horas semanales<\/strong> tendr\u00e1 un m\u00ednimo de <strong>$850.000<\/strong>; la <strong>Jornada Completa desde los 600 puntos<\/strong>, de <strong>$1.143.317<\/strong>; y la Jornada Simple con menos de 20 horas, de <strong>$754.513<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La medida alcanza tambi\u00e9n a las <strong>escuelas p\u00fablicas de gesti\u00f3n privada<\/strong> con aporte estatal, que recibir\u00e1n mayores transferencias para cubrir la actualizaci\u00f3n.
