El acto fue encabezado por el presidente del organismo, Manuel Sch\u00f6nhals, fiscalizado por la Escriban\u00eda Mayor de Gobierno y se transmiti\u00f3 en vivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa otorga cr\u00e9ditos de hasta 45 millones de pesos a familias con ingresos de entre dos y ocho salarios m\u00ednimos, con cuotas que no superan el 20 por ciento del ingreso familiar.
